Opportunities

There are many good reasons to work with Oregon Homeownership Partners to expand homeownership opportunities for families in Oregon, including:

  • Community-based outreach can reach emerging markets and help source new customers for lenders.

  • High-quality education and counseling can create stronger buyers and reduce default rates.

  • Special financial products can make homes more affordable.

  • Rehabilitation and construction services can fix up homes and communities.

  • Early delinquency intervention can prevent problems with sustaining homeownership.

Get Involved!

We are currently seeking partners to provide the following support:

  • Capital for down payment and closing cost assistance loan funds.
  • Operating funds for the three collaborating organizations’ homeownership programs.
  • Flexible first-mortgage products for low-moderate income families.
  • Assistance with marketing and outreach to underserved markets.
  • Volunteer trainers with expertise in mortgage lending, the real estate process, or personal finance for homebuyer education and financial fitness classes.
