Comprehensive Homebuyer Education and CounselingThese services include one-on-one pre-purchase counseling to help potential homebuyers improve their credit ratings or spending habits, financial fitness and homebuyer education classes to help families improve their financial health and learn how to buy a home, and post purchase classes to help first-time homebuyers understand home repairs and maintenance. Flexible Mortgage Products for Low-Moderate Income FamiliesThese products include loans with flexible underwriting, flexible ratios, and low reserve requirements as well as down payment and closing costs assistance. |
